How to apply and start matching with lawyers

If you are a startup interested in joining the HeyCounsel marketplace, you can complete an application here.

We ask a series of questions in order to collect critical information that clients will need while searching for their lawyer. This information includes:

• Personal contact information.

• Basic company information.

• Company stage, industries supported, and legal help needed.

• Interest in transacting in equity versus cash.

Once you submit this information, you will be asked to schedule a 30 minute onboarding call. This is a required last step for every startup!
